I really don’t think you guys grasp the full complexity of their relationship, J & H. They have so many obstacles standing in their way including being step brothers who have had their family torn apart because of their relationship. Also, just like H, y’all are misunderstanding J’s actions— it’s not that he doesn’t care, it’s that he wants H to be happy. Take for instance his mother finding out, he had to play it off because of H’s reaction, but H took what he said literally. Yet you can tell by the way J is always waiting for H to contact him how much he really cares.

As for the T fans that are going to probably down vote this, T isn’t perfect either. The guy doesn’t know the difference between what he likes in the form of art apart from the actual person. He sees T as an interesting character. He said it himself he views a closer relationship with H as H also being his subject.

I agree with what you are saying however, I keep in mind of the 6 years after their parents got divorced, his behavior hasn't changed since he was a teenager and it's abusive emotionally to Heasoo, even when Heasoo says something, Jowoon shoots it down. Taku's behavior of saying that he is interested in him as a subject and someone to date isn't unusual. We know he wants to have him model for him. I don't find that to be super weird. It happens in real life. So, yeah.

True, there are many obstacles in there way if they want to come out to everyone. And let's say that Joowon played it off infront of Haesoo's mother to get her off their back. But what about their private affairs? What about the way Joowon treats Haesoo When they are alone? He treats him like a cheap boy toy who he can come home to play with after he is done with work. He does not care to make him happy, if anything he adds to his misery.

Just how did you come to the conclusion that Joowon wants to make Haesoo happy? How did this bizarre idea pop into your head? Please show me from where in this story you found Joowon to be caring about Haesoo and considerate of his feelings?

For me, the only way we know Joowon CARES about Haesoo is through his facial expressions. It is pretty obvious that he gets irritated when he finds out about Haesoo's others lovers. But that is about it. That is just Joowon wanting Haesoo for himself. He wants Haesoo for himself but GOD FORBID that Haesoo falls in love with him. He tells Haesoo not to fall in love with him because HE WILL NOT. He is always hurting Haesoo and making him miserable.

So, please enlighten me on how you came to the conclusion that Joowon wants to make Haesoo happy?

Hi. I think that it's not a matter of not grasping the complexity of J x H relationship. Understanding that their relationship is complex doesn't necessarily means to think they should be together or make a good couple.
Joowon affection for Haesoo is clear but the point remains that not every love is good or bring the best in people. Some may be controlling and possessive to the point that their love harms the person they love. Some love brings the worst on each other, not the best.
There are plenty to discuss about Joowon's mistreatment of Haesoo and if the fact that Haesoo was somewhat passive and accepted puts the blame on his side but one has to consider that Joowon personality traits made all the difference. A kind, less self centered or selfish person would probably not have fit so nicely into the role of dominating their partner and not paying attention for years on the slow mental damage he was causing.
To the point of using Joowon's answer to Haesoo's mom : it may be very well that Joowon felt he could not have given other answer. The problem however is that everything he did after that, all the times they were alone reinforced that position. He kept Haesoo as his lover, someone he had control over, and said to him not to fall in love with him because he wouldn't. It's not only that moment with the mom that made Haesoo think whatever he thinks of their relationship... it's Joowon literally behaving like they were only fooling around and were nothing else.
Readers can understand that Joowon cares for Haesoo but still rationalize that this is not enough if there are also someone else that cares for Haesoo and doesn't have the personality traits that evolved into a predatory relationship. What is important is who is actually a better partner for Haesoo? It's the author placing parallels between Joowon disrespecting Haesoo, ignoring his feelings versus Taku in other panel showing that he has a more mature and respectful attitude towards somebody he is interested in.
Regarding Taku, he is only starting to get involved with Haesoo... he is also a character in development and his arc in this story is probably to fall in love with Haesoo. His vision of Haesoo as muse for his work hardly is any impediment that says that he will be just as bad or inadequate as partner to Haesoo, even more if compared with Joowon's inadequacies.
We of course don't know the author's intention and Joowon most important arc starts now... with how he will show to be once Haesoo won't accept anymore what they had. As bad as Joowon is, readers are usually soft hearted with redemption stories and he may win some people back. Sorry for the long reply.

I agree and people who asking what some people come to this conclusion

When Haesoo sick He drop his school that pretty guts for kid who dont love his brother When he gave Haesoo car He only want his best interest and He is jeaolus of Haesoo and Haesoo likes it.its give him power
When Joowon ask him what he feeling for him Haesoo answers its doesnt matter so Haesoo and Joowon both cant say they love eachother
There is problem in both parties
