He explained in the first chapter why he went to the juvenile detention. There are 3 separate Manga called Chikin "Drop" Zenya no Monogatari, Drop, and Drop OG about Tatsuya's life when he was very young up to the point before he got arrested, you can check those Manga out. The first one has never been translated though, but you can download the raw from the websites.

Im sad that i cant read the translation of them but how are the other works? Were they as good as out?? I cant even imagine him beeing best buddies with kaname and the new gang while he also had his old gang... like his old friends and stuff.

I really enjoyed this story but....I kinda want some backstory on Tatsuya rather than just the two gangs. Such as why he went to jail. ヾ(☆▽☆)
Does anybody know if they'll ever cover that?
