Okay so even from a religious standpoint i think it's fine to be christian and be gay. But being a catholic (!!) priest and in a relationship (hetero or not) is something different altogether. He could just give up the priesthood? At least they wouldn't need to hide anymore... I had a teacher who went that road - he married and became a teacher at a catholic school. No big deal? All that forbidden love just seems like a popular tag in this manga...
