I’m pretty sure Mookyul meant he doesn’t have the same feelings for his father and what he has for Ewon. Mookyul sleeps with his father, but not in the same was he sleeps Ewon, i.e., Mookyul makes love with Ewon, but just has sex with his “father”.

Exactly! The chairman didn’t want to cross that line, but it was part of what made Mookyul feel nothing was really his. Its a weird relationship for sure. So basically it’s touching and oral.
This is strange because in the original story Muukyul never denied sleeping with the president. Maybe you’re right, and they didn’t have penetrative sex (but still did other sexual acts). Or maybe the author changed their relationship later on, since this work was done after the main story. Or, it could be something lost in translation.
