Help me find a manga.

I read it a long time ago, but I really liked it. Basically two best friends living next to each other, and they often climbed through the balcony to each other's room. The seme had girls over and he uke would hear them, the manga was on full depression mode for about 3-4 episodes, and then they reconcile and confess. About 7 chapters long, its summer and they're teenagers I think.
