America is so much to the letter and don't like to vary things. Even worse is that america have some kind of aversion against anything that isn't real, so unfortunately unless things change, the chance anything like that happen is really slim.
I'm so jealous, I looked it up and in Japan you can get different designs for your marriage certificate like anime or hearts or flowers !! So lucky in America its a basic design.
