At first I almost gave up reading it, but I always beat myself up to keep going and that maybe, just maybe it'll get better... wasn't a lost hope.

I haven't read all of those but based on a quick look...
1. I wasn't able to find this one so I'm not sure
2. This one seems to be a miscellaneous isekai from before the genre took off in popularity. There are a bunch of manga like that that involve transmigration or reincarnation without being inside one of the more common plot types.
3. Cheating men must die is actually a part of a 4th category I hadn't discovered when I wrote this and that is the world hopping episodic transmigration type. I've recently gotten into this type and have read a lot of great novels with this concept.
4. And Goddess Creation System is an otome type I think.

you forgot false isekai, other world comes to mc/earth.
There are 3 major categories for the "Another World" manga that is popping up all over
the place.
RPG- either sucked into an mmorpg or into a game like alternative world
Otome- pulled into an existing romance game or similar
and full blown Isekai- pulled into another world of either being summoned by gods or
nations for various reasons.
Now, when you first start reading this you would assume that it belongs in the first
category. It's a cute twist on living in a game like world. Some people have been
dropping it because it doesn't hold interest for them for whatever reason. However, I
think if you either stick it out or revisit this later it might be worth it for you. Around 25
(?) they start teasing what could be an amazing plot twist if we are lucky. Heck, if we are
extremely fortunate we might even get a spectacular branch into Isekai proper!
I haven't seen the raws or anything, but I hope this manga can grow into something
good. I invite you to hope along with me as this story progresses.
