Ok, hopefully someone can help me out. I remember nothing about this manga im looking for EXCEPT a little chibi version of the uke(or maybe seme?) in a hospital bed with sweat beads saying something like "phew, i'm alive" in the blank page in between chapters. I think he had a major surgery with a low success rate and the seme didn't know?? or something like that. The chibi's hair was black and long to his shoulders.

I will so fucking love you if you know what im talking about.

*I had the page saved cause i thought it was so cute but accidentally deleted it and forgot where it was from ╥﹏╥

I hope this is the right one (1st story Ch1-2). The picture that you talked about the chibi in the hospital was the last page of 2nd chapter.
