Looks like the gal trend has crossed borders now. Not that that is a bad thing. Hopefully, it's an okay fluff story and the MC isn't literal garbage.

Unfortunately we're 5 chapters in and the MC is (predictably) complete garbage so far. At this rate, I'm not holding out any hope.

I read the whole thing last year and I couldn't honestly recommend this comic to a friend, the negatives outweighing the positives by a mile.
