yes i agree at first i thought of this then another thought can be that that it is genetics in terms that chromosomes are just not capatiable in scientific sense still i like ur way of thinking better add more turmoil to the story. which i feel is the case .
If the doctor ist the bad guy then wouldn´t it be highly likely that he didn´t treat jeow ´s illnes as good as he could...farther he could be the one who makes him ill maybe to prove that mixed (cat-humans) have no right to live.
