A very pretty woman once approached my bisexual friend who openly appreciated crossdressing men or trans women. However this girl she flirted with him, kissed him and they both decided to have sex in a love motel. My guy friend is small and kind of frail, so apparently when they were making out, he realised that it was actually a guy. As soon as they were in the motel, he was kind of forced to make out and do a couple of stuff which rattled him. He was a virgin and although he liked guys he was never forced to do anything. But that was a very scarring experience for him. So this yaoi manga was kind of an "holy shit" moment for me. Fortunately he did not have any such pics of him like the character above. Also funnily enough, the guy actually come up to my friend and apologised later.

The fact that this VERY thing happened for real to my friend is what scares me. It's yaoi, fluffy and whatnot in the manga, but pretty scary in real world.
