Yes!! I think at first the author wanted him to find out that they were fucking and spread the rumor around school. So that could be why that feels kinda unresolved. Now I have the theory that maybe DGs high school friend caught wind of Jiwon (who he doesn't know) and DG dating because he was looking at them suspiciously the last time we saw him. So, coincidentally, that high school friend is friends with the student council jerk (they have the same vibe). They talk, HS friend finds out that council jerk knows Jiwon and tells council jerk that his gay friend from high school was on a date with Jiwon. And we are back to the initial coming out/rumor plot line. I don't particularly want this or think this is fitting now buuut the author said she wanted it to end around chapter 80 I believe but wasn't sure at that time, it could become shorter or longer. Now with them as a couple and Jiwon's character development she received even more positive feedback and it's still the most successful story on Lezhin so I kinda think she gonna continue and a new drama is on the horizon, because no drama no plot in manhwa lmao. We will see...
I cant help but remember that asshole from their school's council thing at the start of the series. I can already see this foreshadowing into some annoying ass drama.
