I’m pretty sure it’s because of height since he’s like a high schooler-? (I honestly don’t know if he’s in highschool haven’t read this in a while.)., and a lot of people who are tall seem to look more mature and shit.
Well.. it seems like bcs of the scar under his eye, that people think he is an old man when he is actually a baby lol smthing like that..

Can someone tell me how people in the manga think the seme looks old. Like how, do they have eyes lol. The seme looks just like he's from 20-30 the most and people assume that he's an old man lol. My guess would be for the plot convenience but who knows.
