If she can't stand by him during this very difficult emotional time, then she's not wife material. You don't say, "I love you," and then flee when your loved one is troubled. But he should talk to her. I think her being part of the company that ripped him off is not easy.....but I have hope they will sit and talk.
Honestly i want Sooha to "leave" him just so he can realize he is losing her and needs to get his shit together. Then they end up together.
