I like the manga, and I understand the devotion to your work, however a job that just gives you 3 hours to sleep and starves you until you collapse it's just not good, in my opinion.

    Foregoing sleep for work is idealized in Japan. Its supposedly makes them great men, but it’s definitely hard on their health

    I agree, I wish Japan could change on this point, it's sad to hear about all those people dying from overwork since many years.

    Not always and especially not when an organization is understaffed, this is what I’ve bern dealing with for the past 6 months at a new job.

    Religiously understaffed is the norm nowadays. So you get to feel like jesus working wonders after actually finishing your tasks in due time properly ... if you survive that long, that is.

    Seriously. That's abuse. They don't give them time to eat or sleep, and they have to stuff themselves into one taxi at the same time, too. Geez. The guy has a heart attack/failure, and then they give him MORE FUCKING WORK.
