Seme and Uke were ex lovers. The seme left uke bc of work; for years maybe. Uke ended up meeting with a girl who had a kid/pregnant and uke adopted kid. I think girl passed away or left. Seme comes to visit uke and win him back. Seme was shocked to see uke have a kid but relieved to hear that it wasn’t biological kid.
