Honestly I don't think his rules are too crazy

The only ones that seem a little over the top are "You must provide lunch" and "No casual speaking" like cmon it would be one thing if you're broke and needed this job to afford to eat, but you rolled up in a luxury car. Besides you're 30 years old you can find a way to feed yourself every day if you actually can't live without lunch. And completely banning getting comfortable with each other... that's just... I mean I guess some people are like that, and obviously we know it'll change eventually because BL but still...

9am is not even that early to start work. And 40 hours a week is having a full time assistant. Keeping the workplace clean? Taking a break? 2 Days off? The monster!

    Providing lunch is actually an employer's legal responsibility in my country, maybe it's the same in South Korea.
