Somehow it contains a bit of Tia's past but the prince did not believe it, though part of him thinks that it was probably the reason why she is so afraid of him..
I think prince also said why would he like someone other than her, he cannot believe it..

So yea question for those who read the raws (May contain a little spoilers cuz I only read one):
So the prince read that green letter he found, did it contain ALL the secrets that Tia had like the reincarnation and how the prince was mean to her cuz of Jaeun being his true fate OR did it contain like the gist of her not liking the prince.
