That's an expression here in Brazil, just mean that you are crying a lot
We use the same expression when someone uses a lot of makeup: " There is a face on your makeup"

（/TДT)/ Hurray!! I think there is an eye on my tears!! Edna suffered a lot and finally found her home AND her happiness, it has been a while since I came back to read shoujo ( hetero romances), in general, and this one is my favorite, not so many clichés and things, so it's wonderful!!
