I don't know much about this condition to tell how it affects the person or if the webtoon is doing it justice, but as a reader I can totally see your point as being true. It's that kind of plot twist that anybody can see coming. Doesn't make it any less good, though.
Well this condition can make you do crazy things but what I know is all about self harm, violence and minor activities like talking or grabbing objects (looool I'm not doing this joke haha)so we'll see ╮(￣▽￣)╭ but yes it is really good and honestly the sleeping thing is not that important, like it wasn't necessary, hope it doesn't become too difficult for the story
