I don’t think there are any fast ways that aren’t just skin whitening or tanning. I live in a place where it’s pretty much raining all the time so after I tan it takes about a week to get my paleness back. Some options you have are to stay out of the sun or just tan the rest of your body too. You could also try wearing tanning prevention creams I’m pretty sure those are a thing.

I haven’t done this but I assume that going to a tanning bed can help your situation. I don’t know much about skin bleaching but I heard it can be bad for your health. I am not aware of the common ingredients but don’t use bleach on your skin as a cheap alternative, it’s extremely dangerous and bad for your health. Do some reasearch and find out what’s best for yourself, but tanning would probably be the easiest solution.

Dude, tanning causes skin cancer too. It is like the number 1 cause of skin cancer in the US. It also causes wrinkle and stuff.

For the original post, wear sunscreen and cover up your arm if you want to your original skin color back. I personally find korean sunscreens have way better formula than the american ones. I think turmeric can help get rid of the tan too. Just know that it gonna take a while. I used to swim alot and I got so tan that it took 2 years for the tan to go away. Good luck.
