not by the scanners but the readers. EXR always states on its site the time the chapters were uploaded and asks to obey the 12 hour rule. Normally it works but from time to time there is someone who doesn't care.
but why they need to take 12 hours?
I’m guessing they want people to read the new scanlations on their site/tublr/Facebook or wherever they post it, first. As a way of getting people to traffic their sites
i didn’t say it’s the fault of mangago, in the beginning, the reader who uploaded the chapter to another site should have had a little bit more patience.
Mangago response was made out of pride. Mangago stated that the scans were given to mangarocks a bigger website, by the scanners. Mangago response was basically, if you don’t hold to your own policy for bigger sites then why should we? Hence the last response, if YOU don’t respect it we won’t.
