Alright, a big one indeed. So how do all of you tackle this problem ? (well most of us don't true, but not always)
For me it's very simple, I do stuff I like for a job (3D/graphic designer, and some illustrations), so meaning what motivates me is not "work" but ideas, and how I want to bring them to life.
But regarding rest of things, I shall remain silent, I want this to be somewhat inspirational.
