That should have been ANOTHER red light to her fiance. Instead of feeling awful for what she did, she feels bad he didn't still care for her. That's the level of her utter self-centeredness. No one else matters but herself. That he can comfort her after this YET ANOTHER display of narcissism is scary..he's not paying attention to the reality of who she is. He's doomed.
I feel like it's making her out to be the victim like "I thought I meant something to him" while she gets her back pat. She doesnt seem remorseful for basically ruining this poor guys life at all
