I think the townspeople wouldn't dare to gossip about their Lady in the Lord's presence (they are still intimidated by him) and there were only a few of the soldiers who saw her fighting - and they promised to keep their mouths shut.
i know but its just crazy to me how he's just finding out after 5 years, guess it shows how peaceful it must have been for them lol
im honestly so surprised he doesnt know yet lol she literally saved the whole town a couple chapters ago??? im pretty sure everyone wouldve gossiped about her being good at fighting. Unless he's been living under a rock for 5 years
