Wait how is he an asshole for wanting joowon to do his job? Hes a manager he has to manage him.

Because that's not what he's doing he's crawling up the ass of his own employer screaming and whining and complaining and shaming him for wanting to have even the most minute social life. His ass should've been fired a loooong time ago. A manager or agent ain't shit without the talent and that muthafucka needs to take a damn chill pill and play his role.

You do understand that he's the one that has to clean up his messes when a scandal breaks out it would make sense that hes always up his ass to make sure he dont fuck up. And he can have a social life when hes not working. He was working of course his manager was going to look for him. Joowon has already been the subject of a scandal so the manager has to be on his ass it's his job to be on his ass.

Yeah, that's what he's getting paid for, to handle things in a professional manner, but for someone whose job it is to do that there's literally never a panel when he isn't screaming or throwing some sort of tantrum because his boss has the audacity to have a bare minimum social life. If he can't handle the break necessities if his job without having a complete spastic meltdown he should get his ass a new job.

Joowon is not his boss. He gets hired by the agency that joowon WORKS for. Celebrities are not free agents they work for ppl as well. His attitude is showing that joown dosent listen. Even Haesoo has to tell him to take is career more seriously and what did he say? He said no cuz hes having fun. I cant blame the manager for being that way cuz its his ass on the line every time a scandal breaks out he has to make sure they dont happen in the first place and clean them up if they do. If he was a softy its very clear joowon would do w.e he wants.

Actors work for studios, agents work for actors. He doesn't work for the agency, he pays the agency for the service of an agent to look for work and manage his schedule, not scold him for his personal life outside of work.
