As much as I enjoy to see some representation of my disorder in a manwha for once, I have to admit that so far, it is pretty upsetting and disappointing. The author may not try to romanticize it, but to me, it really comes out as a piss-poor excuse to build up a romantic trope. Instead of a real representation of /any/ kind of eating disorder to raise awareness, and to build a good story around it.
The author obviously does not have to make a gruesome story around a disorder that is, yes, gruesome; there is not one bit of this disorder that is pretty or even sexy. But this. This feels shallow. This feels like the author is using a really painful and /deadly/(and I'm not just talking about anorexia) disorder to create some sexy time. This feels like the author is disregarding all the pain this disorder gives, only to transform it into some sort of sexy and fetish-material condition modified for her own pleasure.
It's true that, despite what most people believe, most people with eating disorders love food, including those with anorexia. It's one of the most widespread misconceptions of anorexia. So the fact that the "seme" has a food fetish, is not completely impossible or inconceivable. But the way the author makes use of it, so far at least, is kind of offensive in my eyes... Luckily, it is only the third chapter, so I can just hope that I'm wrong and the author will show a bit more of the ugly side of the disorder and a bit less of what seems to be the sexy side of the disorder in (what I assume is in) her eyes.

For those interested:
Also, the guy in this manwha probably has Anorexia nervosa binge-eating/purging subtype. (I'm saying probably because so far we haven't seen him binge-eat. It was not said clearly that he binge-ate at the restaurant. He could have eaten a healthy amount of food). Vomiting is not exclusive to Bulimia and exists in other eating disorders.
He could have Bulimia nervosa instead, but we don't have enough information on him yet. Despite what people think, one of the core difference between Anorexia and Bulimia, is the frequency of the binge-eating episodes, in which it is usually more frequent in Bulimia. In both disorders, individuals have poor body image. However, individuals with Anorexia will indulge in restricting or purging behaviour even when there are no binge-eating episodes, while individuals with Bulimia will indulge in compulsory behaviours such as purging (it could also be restricting) after a binge-eating episode. This is why individuals with Anorexia are often underweight, although you do not have to be underweight to have Anorexia, while individuals with Bulimia are often at a normal weight or even overweight. But in both disorders, the individual can be underweight, at a normal weight or overweight.

Very informational. You've taught me a lot I didn't know. Also I agree with you in the whole sexy anorexia thing. I don't like it but hopefully the author can pull through and show proper representation.

You're welcome, i'm glad I was able to inform more people and clear some misunderstandings or misconceptions. Eating disorders, despite being rather common, are often poorly understood or known. There is a lot of stigmas and misconceptions, and they are still very taboo. Mostly because of fear and comprehension from the outsiders, and shame and guilt from those affected by the disorder.
So if you have any more questions you can always ask me here or hit me up in private, I will gladly answer questions from anyone wanting to know more about eating disorders.
I will repeat myself, but i also really hope that the author will not continue on this path.

Thank you for being so sweet. If I have any additional questions I won't hesitate to ask. I know this is kinda personal but are you still suffering from anorexia? You don't have to answer if you don't want to and if I'm being to invasive I wholeheartedly apologize.
