it probably took a few months for the pimples to go away but by the time the kid realized it, Sakuma stopped coming around. And remember, he was enrolled in Sakuma's university (Sakuma is still attending it), so the pimple boy could eventually see him at uni. It just so happen the sister met him and hastened the process a little.
What?! it took him 2 years to say all that? Did his pimple attack took 2 years as well or something? What if the guy decided not to come to his house anymore after graduating? He might have not a chance to tell him how he really feels if it wasn't for the little sister meeting him by chance. So he's very lucky to have her. (Well at least it's not 10 years like that other manga that I read, hehe)
But I'm curious how he became a shut-in in the 1st place. They didn't mention it? At least I think they didn't?
