I agree but as Siyeon said, he wasn't properly informed about the job. Important information about the hit was left out and he'd have turned down the job if he had known more about the situation. He may have been killing indiscriminately but he still has certain morals that he follows. I'd say that knowing whether your hit is pregnant is an crucial piece of information that could make or break the deal.

I doubt with all of his past hits he knew all the details. Whether family or loved ones were left to mourn someone's death or suffer because of said death. How did he know one of the past females was not pregnant before? That was Taek's point. Every detail is not disclosed. I hate to break it to people, once you become a hired killer, there is no moral. Once you take a life, especially for financial gain and it isn't in self defense or for preserving the law, you have no say. Leaving religion aside, killing is immoral. What makes a baby more precious than that of a teenager or an adult? Life is life. Looking at it coldly and from an outside perspective, Siyeon isn't a good person with morals. He's a professional killer that is taking life in part to pay for his debts. Makes him selfish too. Sorry, I do like him. As I said my morals have been checked a long time ago at the door. Lol But I think it's hypocritical of anyone to use morals as his defense especially against Taek. What I like about Taek is the fact that he's blunt and doesn't sugar coat shit just because it makes others uncomfortable. I admire that in a person. Besides in their line of business comfortable is probably a luxury. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ And Siyeon didn't become a killer overnight. He's been doing it for a while now.
I understand Siyeon because she is carrying new life, an innocent. I understand Taekyung because he's right, Siyeon is a contracted killer who has been killing indiscriminately. You are a hired killer so where was your moral compass all this time? A job is a job and what happens when you don't comply? You can get a warning, a written up, or fired. My point is people here are quick to shit all over Taek but he is the boss. He has a business to run and he can't risk his reputation and incur more losses. He can't just let things slide. He even apologized when he didn't have to. Siyeon is running away because of his past. He cannot deal with the old baggage. He did fail his job.
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭...I have since long ago abandoned my moral compass with a lot of the stories I've read. Lol (⌒▽⌒)
