All the chapters above have been split into two volumes, so the second ends with todays chapter (extra 3). There are a few extra pages left, but overall this is it - sadly.

I think it's the volume release? Like the compiled version of the chapters from the magazine
As I wrote in my comment, all the chapters you can read on this side make up two volumes in total. The second one finishes with the Extra 3.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I have the books at home so I'm pretty sure...but recently there was a Drama CD for Secret XXX released and this month even a new chapter for it! So Sensei might not be done with both series after all, if that gives you hope^^
Vol 2 has came out sooo are you gonna translate or not please inform us (⌒▽⌒)
