I guess Half the people will say "read it" and the other half "dont read it". I would suggest to look at the rape, sex slave and gang bang tags and decide on these. If the topics are OK for you, read it. (=・ω・=)
It's not about the rape. It may lack depth and it's definitely not the best manga I've read but I found it quite good. It's set in a historical setting, I feel it depicts a reality some people don't want to hear about though. It's definitely not for people that get triggered by rape (and such) or are underage. It was very romantic though, how it turned out. It's your choice. This is quite dark.
