If a deadline is, “Midnight on the 28th”
Does that mean 00:00 28th, or 23:59 28th????
HAVE I MISSED THE DEADLINE OR NOT???

Pretty sure it means that you have missed the deadline, but if you talk to your teacher saying that you weren't sure about the deadline, maybe they'll be nice and won't penalise you for it.

No, it means leading to the 29th, so you have until 23:59

Why do you leave your homework until the last time? (⌒▽⌒)

Thanks guys... even though I'm still getting mixed answers???
I guess the word is just really stupid
It's not homework, it's a submission for a competition... but still it's really important to me...
Perhaps I'll take the advice and just submit it anyway... the worst they can say is, "No", right?

    since it's "on the 28th", it's happening day of 28th so it's april 28, 11:59 pm

or at least it should be.

It’s probably leading to the 29th but just to take precautions submit it ASAP and tell ur homework collected and holder that u didn’t know which one it was and just went with the other. ╮( ̄▽ ̄"")╭
