Well, appearance-wise, I'd say Pan can pass as a power-bottom. BUT if we consider both their appearances and personalities, Pan is a solid top. The little red head needs to learn 'his place'. And the hot uncle is clearly capable of showing him the way. (▰˘◡˘▰)
I'm pleasantly surprised with myself for liking the Pan & RedHead couple this much. But really, it's about a rich brat who thinks he can get anything he wants, trying to get an older guy's attention. I personally think Pan is a good match for him. Well experienced and calm. Doesn't rise to the redhead's baits. And he can see right through the younger guys. That way, Pan can show the Redhead his place, ahem, if you know what I mean. Let's see how far the Redhead can live his life in denial to his true self. Pan will become irresistible to him. Uncle Pan is a one damn hot fella.
