It's not the uploading or translating speed, it's the rate of the manga. They translate and upload it as soon as they get it.
The manga's schedule is 2 chapters/ month. Sometimes it's only 1 chapter a month.
I have waited for more than six years, i was really young back then, the uploading can be stressful but it has been worth it. I hope the can upload sooner
