Nothing's wrong with the author. I'm pretty sure the story is already finished. But the translators put it on hold. They didn't drop it but there has also been no activity on their page since January so maybe that changed (they seem to still be active as translators though).

work on the update yourself then. translating takes a lot of work, don't be so entitled, the translators are doing this for free.
