I was just reading the manga this morning like legit 8 hours ago,, so it’s a josei I’m guessing it has a serious tone w this high school girl who is a method actor and was previously rejected by all of her auditions but then when she came to this one audition she amazed this one male, scruffy beared director who’s super famous in the film industry but not so much to the Japanese public. She was standing still to show sadness so the judges were like what how is that sadness and all of a sudden she was crying. She’s a self taught method actor since her parents died and she has two younger siblings to take care of and works to take care of her family. Bc shes a method actor it’s Damaging her self because she’s mentally straining herself like she’s putting herself frequently through severe emotional distress and it’s pretty interesting
