Well, I don't think we need to jump to conclusions it's rape. Just like when we finally see their back story, the alpha told him to leave, it was the omega who clung to him and asked for him for sex. " I won't let you leave" could just be loving passion, one that the omega finally gave into because they are mates. This doesn't have such a rapey vibe to me, but in yaoi I know it can have a rape scene out of the blue anytime, haha... I just am thinking and hoping that's not what happened here
