Remember when his teacher came and got him from Yamato's place and then there was that later sex scene at his dad's house? There was a part where Yamato said something about getting riled up so I'm pretty sure that was just an extra for the continuation of that scene and not the ending. The ending part would be the page where he's holding the key on the last page before the extra I believe.

Yeah, a LOT of extras are scenes cut out from the story because of the flow of things and take place from before the previous chapter...a good portion are epilogues, and the rest are for comedy purposes or author notes.
so did someone actually came back in the manga and deleted all the extra scenes cuz I felt like they were vital it made more characters of development and didn't he met his father and didn't they come into conclusion about the relationship and didn't I don't know I just feel like there was more to the story when I first read it and now it felt like half of everything was cut out
Complain about it by flagging the mods by clicking the tiny flag on the left side of screen and select missing chapters.
Or upload it yourself through clicking on the flag and choosing the last bullet point.
