well, watching someone does not really equate to love? Maybe he thought the sick kid just admires him or idolizes him. And I think the nurse told him that, too? I'm not sure. I'm about to read it again, but got too eager to respond to this comment XD
im confuse, if the seme knew the sick kid was watching him running everyday, why would he think that the sick kid is in love with the nurse
