I'm okay if it ends up like Hamlet--in which case they all die : Gertrude, Claudius, Laertes, Polonius. If this goes the way of Hamlet, then the only one who survives is pretty much the new sex friend/roommate, who would be like Horatio.
Ooooh! But it'd be an awesome twist here if Haneul killed Gaeul but he has just mentally blocked it and he's just unconsciously trying to convince himself otherwise. (▰˘◡˘▰)
Here’s the basic message of Hamlet: It is, to begin, a tragedy in which the attainment of justice entails the avenging hero's death. The theme or message is that revenge itself is deadly. Hamlet causes his own downfall by his obsession with revenge. By plotting Claudius' death, Hamlet is stirring up Claudius' natural reaction to protect himself.
Now this is really tying in. I think they’re gonna kill him or drive him to suicide. But mostly kill him.
