It’s missing something

Same I felt like it could've had more potential it just felt like something was missing to boost it up

Agree, even though I dont exactly know what is missing...really good just not that good

The more I think about it...I am weak to a seme or uke crying... and weak to chibis...I have a simple mind..that would have done it for me

I guess for one. It’s missing character development and relationship development. An emotional connection and chemistry between the two. Like why do they even like each other? A true conflict that would test their relationship would have been nice. But any conflict got resolved within the same chapter they were introduced.

The last chapter for instance, I expected the seme to be the one to come to the uke, and actually genuinely confess how he feels instead of “date me because I don’t want other men to fuck you” (seriously, and you really want me to believe they like each other) because that makes sense story wise. Instead, the story treated the uke like HE was the one with the lesson to learn. ??? People who fuck around and treat others like trash usually are the ones that have a character arc but seme doesn’t have one. Kissing and jacking each other off doesn’t= emotional connection/relationship development.

Yeah you said everything, Honestly Im so used to "shallow" plots/characters that sometimes I cant even realise whats missing, or maybe I just dont want to think about it cause it will make the story sound terrible.
