Is it possible?

I've read some where its possible but was never shown. Like those parts in the beginning explaining what is omegaverse. I've seen some that says the mark will disappear if the omega rejects the alpha and some that says you just need to separate the omega and the alpha for quite some time and the mark will soon disappear

Also I've read another manga between a omega and a beta where in they were in love with each other but one day the omega was raped while on his heat by an alpha and the beta learned what happened but becuz they love each other they didnt gave up (they even have s** although the natural rejection comes in the omega indured it becuz he love the beta) and they got married and had a child (the alpha didnt care cuz all he wants is to have as many omega as he wants so he just let the omega and the beta be together)

Yeah i remember i had read it. It hurts so much how they struggle everytime the omega in heat but reject the beta and vomits everytime they did it. Oh my feeling, this manga remains me of that forgotten manga name...
