I think you can also go to where is says contact mangago at the bottom of this page and send them a zip file. Never done it myself but some people mentioned it before.

nopeeeeeee, it's for both. Just state the link of the pre-existing manga that you wanna add the chapter to, then send em the zip file. Don't add too much english because the mods cant understand it well and will prolly take like 2 days for them to upload it if you do it
