lmao yeah i used to have that, I still occasionally do during days leading up to my period. I fixed it by eating less milk and oily products and washing my face after i wake up and before I go to sleep. If that doesn't work, try to copy skin routines online from people with the same skin type as you and you should have little to no pimples afterwards ;D
That's what puberty is all about. As zerxz said, it's very important to wash your face two times a day during that time (before and after the night).
Don't wash it with the same soap you take for washing your body. Go get a real product for acne (spectro gel worked fine with me) and be sure to ask the employee at the drugstore to recommend you some products. Chances are that they already went through that phase and know what you need.
OH MY GOD I HATE THOSE YEARS IN MY LIVE, my face was full of volcanos all the time and it annoyed me, I didn't care so much about it back then just normally washed my face twice a day and just let it be, they're so big and literally everywhere, nose, cheeks, forehead, EVEN EYEBROWS (I have very small face) and there was a lot of whiteheads and blackheads omg it was exhausting. No one called me pretty and I was okay with it, I mean it's middle school, take it easy, it didn't make me insecure or what, just it. Hurt. Like. Hell. I couldnt put my clothes normally, it's itchy as hell. I never put any makeup on my face back then and I live in a tropical country, and very humid city, I SWEAT, LIKE, A LOT. it's started at 7th grade and apparently got better at 10th grade. Now I'm a freshman in college and I STILL have hyperpigmentations and "sometimes" acne or whitehead, but it's only one at the time. I still an oily bitch but I can handle it. Just clean your face and make your bed sheets clean, do not touch your face, do not put make up, lip product is ok, do not let your hair tpuch/cover your face, have an healty amout of sleep and drink a lot, dont forget to alway put sunscreen on your face. It will go away as you get older.
Another tip: If it's really bothering you, you could go to the doctor and they might prescribe you some cream but ALWAYS search up the risks and do a skin test first. (I was given benzoyl and it completely cleared up even my hormonal acne overnight but it isn't for everyone)
Don't worry about it though, everyone has acne even those people with their "glass skin" (●'◡'●)
Is it normal to have pimples everyday at 14 years old? Just about everyone I know has clear skin, like sometimes at most only 3 pimples and after three days it's gone. For me after one pimple goes away 3 bumps replace it, my skin has red splotches on my cheeks 24/7 can anyone else relate??
