Looking for this manga

I forgot the title of this yaoi manga so please help me look for it and I'll try my best to describe it :))

From what I remember, the uke is older than the seme and they're both working in the same company. The uke is seen as a ideal husband by the women (perfect in everything, has the looks) but in reality he's a slacker and doesn't care about his appearance. (I'm not sure about this part). The seme is new to the job and he confessed to the uke but got rejected pretty quick.
