Black rice !! I heard its the best for our health it constrains more fibers than the unnecessary carbohydrates . For me i did try brown rice it tasted slightly different than the white one . Idk i believe eating moderately is also good for us no need to restrict . But ofc sometimes its good to change the menu (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I eat basmati rice almost every day xD
