Manga title

Hi,

There was this one manga yaoi that I read that was about childhood friends. Let’s call them A and B. A is in love with B but thinks that B is only interested in women. For some reasons (it’s mentioned in the manga but I don’t remember it) A starts thinking about how B takes a woman’s underwear off and begins to wear women’s underwear and does you know what while wearing them and imagining B taking them off.
A gets sick easily and one day when he got sick and had a high fever his sister called his friend B to take care of him. He helped him with a suppository and finds out that his friend wears women’s underwear. B trying to focus and help him continues with the suppository. While taking his finger out A tells him to continue. You can imagine what happens next.

I don’t remember the name of this manga.
