Lol it depends on the person. Not everyone thinks sex is a big deal y'know. And I don't think Kazuki is a virgin (He's probably had sex with girls before). Also we don't know the full side of the story I very much doubt Miwa doesn't want anything with him, he's probably just conflicted
In my opinion is not miwa only thinking the the best route for kazuki ,of course as a teacher and lover he will know what's better for the future of kazuki,maybe he only do this for the sake of kazuki and nothing more
I'm probably taking this manga too seriously, but.. it's kind of shallow? I mean, the teacher seems like he doesn't mind having sex with his student. In fact, HE's the one that initiate it when Kazuki is still a minor, moreover his student. Also, Kazuki is just too innocent and inexperienced that I feel like he doesn't know the difference between love and lust. Heck, he can hardly contain his boner just thinking about Miwa lol ╮(￣▽￣)╭
All in all, I don't really feel the love between them. However, I'm enjoying the smut hehe
