I disagree that defiance in this case carried any of that weight as per what I said to kunxaesth. This kind of 'revenge' is the one I see most often btw.
And to that I say: to each their own :)
The ending was pretty refreshing! Of course I'd love this to be longer. Revenge doesn't always have to be violent. The simple act of defying can have its own weight in revenge.
