Only my older sisters know. If my parents know I'll probably be exorcised and sent to become a nun(we're Catholics) and my dad is strongly against anything to do with gay stuff but mom doesn't hate cause of it but just disapproves. So I won't tell them in my situation
My two young siblings know but it's different telling your parents you read BL comics and other stuff that is considered porn. I would die of embarrassment ~.~
I'm a closet fujo, for me yaoi is a guilty-pleasure, so... nope, I haven't told anyone nor does anyone know about this hobby of mine. I've been tempted to tell my friend about it cuz she enjoys watching drag shows and supports gay stories, but I think it's different cuz that's less... explicit than yaoi.
On the other hand tho, I think my brother finds me suspicious cuz I close my laptop (out of habit) as soon as he barges in the room (I have no privacy in this house). Well... uhhh... so far I'm safe and I'm not telling anyone.

I don't really see the point of you telling your family that you read yaoi? It's like saying you watch porn- but what's the big deal? There's nothing wrong with that, everyone does it but if you're going to outright announce it to your fam, it'd just be a bit awkward. Just keep it to yourself :'D
Not gonna happen. My family is very religious and I can see my parents angry with me if they ever find out. Well, I guess my mom wouldn't be that angry because she likes Queen and everyone knows Freddie Mercury is bi but my father is a very hot-headed religious person so I'm definitely not telling them because if I tell my mom she will tell my father. My cousin knows I'm a fujoshi though >///<
I think my older brother knows but he doesn’t care. My parents don’t and I’m never gonna tell them because I just don’t see the necessity. They know this that I read comics but not the genre.

I’ve thought about telling my family before (just so it’s kind of out of the way and I don’t have to be all secretive) but never ended up doing it... What about you guys?
